Contact San Diego Humane Society's Behavior and Training Team

Do you have a behavior question or problem you'd like to discuss with one of our trainers?

Ask a Trainer Form

Note: Due to the potential for serious injury, canine and feline aggression are best handled by a professional who specializes in aggressive behaviors. Because phone or email counseling is inadequate for addressing serious behavior concerns, we ask that you contact a qualified professional for help. Please refer to the list of behavior resources here.

Post Adoption Consultation Form

If you're a San Diego Humane Society Adopter your adoption comes with a free Post Adoption Consultation session with one of the Behavior & Training Departments Community Animal Trainers. These troubleshooting sessions are designed to set you up for success or get you some starting resources or tools to begin training and do not replace formal training. Fill out the above form and our team will schedule you as soon as possible. Please request dates at least three days after date of form submission.
